Description
Second silent server-side TTL regression. On 2026-04-09 sub-agent default TTL flipped from mixed (6-97% 1h) to hard-coded 100% 5m across 1,268 API calls in a single day, holding at 100% 5m for 5+ subsequent days. Main agent remained 100% 1h throughout. Role-specific tier change — not a client version, quota, or workflow event. Not addressed in v2.1.108 changelog.
