Description
Transparent MITM proxy used for per-request Claude Code API monitoring. Logs cache_creation, cache_read, status_code, and latency_ms per turn. Used by ArkNill to discover cache bugs B3 (False Rate Limiter synthetic 'Rate limit reached' on HTTP 529) and B4 (151+ synthetic entries injected by background tasks). Open source on GitHub. Became the primary community instrument for reverse-engineering Claude Code's client-side cache behavior.
