Description

When a tool call is rejected or cancelled, withMemoryCorrectionHint() (src/utils/messages.ts:185-193) appends a correction hint to the rejection message, prompting Claude to update memory files if the rejection reveals a wrong assumption. Gated behind tengu_amber_prism GrowthBook flag.
