Asks which logging, transparency, and human-oversight affordances coding-agent architectures should expose under emerging AI regulation (EU AI Act fully applicable August 2026, GPAI Code of Practice, Bartz v. Anthropic input-side training-data constraints). Open properties: deny-first evaluation is internally auditable through session transcripts but not yet externally auditable in forms emerging frameworks contemplate; whether the values-over-rules principle admits the explicit rule articulation that compliance review may call for. Both concerns lie in the harness rather than the model.
