Persistent compute environment unique to Claude Code on the web. Runs Opus 4.6, has read-only snapshot access to user repo at plan start (no write access during planning), not available on Bedrock/Vertex/Foundry (Anthropic cloud only). After plan execution or teleport, the CCR session archives and becomes read-only. Local terminal polls every 3 seconds; no push notification. Hosts ULTRAPLAN sessions.
